Crazy meats

Last week I ate Musk Ox. Tonight I am making my spaghetti sauce with Buffalo meat instead of the usual Beef. Up next week are Kangaroo steaks. Can Ostrich be far behind?

    So, how was the meat sauce with Buffalo and did you hever have the Kangaroo or Ostrich?

    Buffalo was good. Its not unlike beef, maybe a bit milder and a lot leaner. I have not got to the kangaroo yet, though a friend and I are going to order some I think. Just to try it.

    Across the street from where I work. Some really crazy stuff there. Should try to get something bizarre into the company barbecue. 😉
